Fort Worth Botanic Garden

The oldest botanic garden in Texas enjoys dappled shade and vibrant color. The Lower Rose Garden was established in 1934 as a CPW project during the Great Depression. The Garden is now 109 acres and contains 23 specialty gardens, including a Rose Garden and a Japanese Garden designed by Kingsley Wu, with a tea house and pavilion.
