Hortense Miller Garden

A private garden which has been given to the city of Laguna Beach for public use. Hortense Miller was an environmentalist and a writer on gardening (see bio).

The design follows a Bauhaus idea as seen in the Masters' houses with the Abstract Modern principle of integrating disciplined geometry with nature's wildness.
