Scone Palace Garden

The present form of the house dates from the early nineteenth century. It is set in a park with a lake and a pinetum. J C Loudon's design was not implemented but he would surely approve of the gardenesque tree collection. Scone was formerly the crowning place of the kings of Scotland.

Opening times April to October. Daily. Open 9.30am to 5.45pm. Grounds only are also open on Fridays from 10am to 4pm throughout the winter.
