The Oregon Garden

Gardenvisit Editorial

The garden doubles as display garden for the Oregon Association of Nurserymen and a natural water treatment facility for the City of Silverton. It makes nitrogen-rich greywater usable for irrigation. In 2001 the Gordon House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, was moved to the garden. A Pet Friendly Garden was added in 2003 and a Sensory Garden, Lewis & Clark Garden and Honor Garden in 2004.
