Bernard Huet was born in Vietnam and educated at Milan Polytechnic, I�Ecole Nationale Sup�rieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris and the University of Pennsylavnia (where he studied architecture). His design projects in Paris include Place Stalingrad (1985-89), Bercy Park (1987-97), Champs-Elys�es (1990-94), Place des F�tes (1991-96), Centre for Art and Culture in Noisiel (1984-91), Coll�ge de France (1993-97). Elsewhere in Franace he worked on the: Place de la Libert�, in Brest (1992-97), rue de la R�publique in Orleans (1993), Grand�Place in Roubaix (1994-97), Place de la Victoire in Clermont-Ferrand (1995-97).
