Graswangthal

King Ludwig II planned to make a hunting box in the Graswangthal valley but decided to build on the island of Herrenchiemsee instead. See Gothein's History of Garden Art. Graswangthal is one of the most picturesque valleys of the Bavarian Tyrol. Oberammergau is famous for staging the Passion Play.
